On Monday 1st September 2025 the first trophy for the newly formed league was won by Whickham Golf Club. The Dunholm Shield, played at South Shields Golf Club, was secured when they defeated Seaham Golf Club by 5 games to 1.
Many congratulations to Whickham Golf Club who have also won the Dunholm Trophy by becoming the
League Champions for 2025. The final was played against Seaham Golf Club over two legs.
Whickham 17 points, Seaham 7 points.
